Light a Candle
Luis Maldonado, from Vieques, Puerto Rico, settled at the age of 6 with his family on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. He is the husband of Carmen Maldonado and father to 6 children, 19 grand-children and 7 great-grandchildren.
